Did you know? We introduced the No-Pressure Roof Cleaning method to Evansville, Newburgh, Henderson, and the surrounding areas. After diligent market research, we recognized a need for a safe and efficient roof cleaning method. When we started our company, the only roof cleaning system available to Evansville residents was the dangerous high pressure method. A pressure washer should NEVER touch a roof.

Our safe, no-pressure roof cleaning process allows us to offer a minimum 2-year guarantee on all roof cleaning treatments! We are often asked: "Can you explain your roof cleaning process?" We would love to!

Very rarely do we ever get on the roof. 99% of our roof cleanings are completed by spraying from the gutter line. We apply a proprietary detergent blend, at a psi of around 40 (which is less than the standard residential water spigot). The solution begins to work almost immediately, beginning to visibly neutralize the roof algae and dirt. The solution is allowed to sit on the surface, further cleaning it as an hour or so passes. There may be a slight glazed appearance on your roof after application, and that is normal. The solution will visibly dissipate within a few hours, displaying the substantial cosmetic improvement in your roof.

Did you also know that roof cleaning isn't purely cosmetic? Those unsightly roof stains prematurely wear and age your shingles. Those roof stains also make your roof less reflective, causing your heat & air costs to rise. Here is a brief video demo of our roof cleaning process:

Shingle roofs over time develop black stains over the entire life of the shingle. This is caused by algae. The algae is actually a living organism that is feeding off of the asphalt in the shingle. Left unattended, this creates shortened shingle life, increases electric bills because of the insulating factor of the algae and is just not attractive from the street. Our process involves a high volume and very low pressure to apply professional quality chemicals and thorough rinse. No Pressure Washing Equipment is used in the process!!
