1.  Aren't all power washing companies the same?
 
      NO! There are many contractors who offer power washing services, but be cautious. Just because someone can turn a pressure washer on, doesn't mean that he or she knows how to operate it effectively. High pressure is usually not needed unless concrete or another hard, dense surface is being cleaned. Not only is our staff highly trained, we value our relationships with our clients. We enjoy building an ongoing relationship with the people we meet, and remain in contact with them even after the service is completed.

2. What services do you offer?

     We offer all  residential and commercial exterior power and pressure washing services. Concrete cleaning; sidewalk cleaning; non-pressure roof cleaning; house washing; environmental cleanups; fence and deck restoration; and awning cleaning. From drive-thrus to driveways, we set the standard for clean.

     SoftWashing is another low pressure cleaning system that we introduced to the Evansville, Newburgh, and Henderson area. SoftWashing uses a significant reduction in pressure, along with a delicate mix of detergents and surfactants to thoroughly clean  houses, fences, and even concrete. All with no risk or damage to your property. Vinyl, brick, dry-vit, stucco, you name it- SoftWashing will clean it better than a high-pressure wash ever could.

4. I had my roof cleaned a few years ago, and the streaks came back within 6 months. Is Roof Renew any different?

     Roof Renew has set the standard in Evansville and Newburgh, IN for proper and safe roof cleaning. If the streaks came back, chances are the contractors who performed this service used a high-pressure wash, which is not only very dangerous, but does absolutely nothing to neutralize and contain algae and mold growth on the roof, thus causing the colonies to breed more strains and reappear once again in a very short time.

5. Your services sound expensive. Can we afford your type of quality?

     Well, quality is not cheap, but nor is it expensive. An old saying states that "The bitterness of poor quality is remembered long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten". 6. How long does it take to clean a roof?

     That is dependent upon the size, pitch, and complexity of each roof, respectively. We can clean a roof in an hour, and other times it may take 4 hours. Regardless, we schedule each cleaning around the homeowner's priorities and convenience in order to accomodate any plans or previous arrangements that have been scheduled.

7. Do you have references I can call to verify your quality of work?

     Absolutely. We encourage potential clients to contact a few of our references before hiring us. Our clients are usually very happy with the work we perform, and are often times eager to refer us to friends and family.

8. What is your service area?

     Our residential service area includes all of Evansville, IN - Newburgh, IN , and surrounding cities,and Henderson, KY. Our commercial service area stretches from Princeton, IN to Nashville, TN.
